Solana Jenkins is a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator at Bellevue Chiropractic, where she plays a crucial role in managing patient accounts and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Currently studying at Bellevue College, she is working towards her Associate’s Degree while balancing her responsibilities at the clinic.
Solana brings empathy and attentiveness to her role, greeting patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, collecting payments, and helping ensure they receive top-notch care during their therapies. Her passion for supporting others shines through as she values the opportunity to connect with patients and witness their progress.
Raised in Renton, Washington, Solana is the first in her family to attend college. Her passion for learning and commitment to working with a supportive team of doctors and staff make her role at Bellevue Chiropractic a rewarding experience.
Ene Reyes
Ene Reyes is the welcoming face of Bellevue Chiropractic, serving as Front Desk Director. She ensures patient visits run smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ene oversees therapies like spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy, and provides financial consultations to guide care plans. Certified in laser therapy, she is known for her warmth, professionalism, and dedication to a comfortable, caring environment.
Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in Yakima, Washington, Ene is the proud daughter of hardworking Mexican parents. She values strong family traditions and cultural pride. Fluent in Spanish and English, she connects with patients in both languages for a personalized experience.
In her free time, Ene enjoys sports—especially the San Francisco 49ers—along with traveling and exploring different cultures. She values supporting patients through recovery and celebrating their improved quality of life.
Shae Ramkumar
Shae Ramkumar serves as the Director of Patient Experience at Bellevue Chiropractic, where she manages patient accounts and ensures a seamless experience throughout their care journey. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Atlantic University, Shae has been working in the chiropractic field for 8 years and has a deep passion for the wellness aspect of chiropractic care. She takes pride in helping patients improve their health without relying on medication, and her favorite part of the job is the opportunity to interact with and support patients.
Originally from Michigan, Shae enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle. In her free time, she loves hiking, reading with her book club, playing Mahjong and pickleball, and engaging in Bunco games with her neighbors. She also has a green thumb, taking great care of her plants, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Her commitment to fostering a positive and seamless experience for every patient makes Shae an invaluable member of the Bellevue Chiropractic team.
Phyllis Wiedel
Phyllis Wiedel serves as the Billing Manager at Bellevue Chiropractic, where she is responsible for handling billing, insurance, and payment posting. She also assists patients with questions regarding insurance benefits, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and billing details.
Phyllis grew up in Washington and has a deep appreciation for the local area. In her personal time, she enjoys gardening and growing her own vegetables, taking full advantage of the outdoors whenever possible.
What Phyllis enjoys most about working in a chiropractic clinic is witnessing patients recover and become pain-free. Phyllis -” It is incredibly rewarding to help them regain their health and well-being, and she takes pride in being part of that healing process.”
