  • Blue Shield
  • Regence
  • Aetna
  • LifeWise
  • Washington Labor & Industries

  • and others

When you call us, we are happy to help verify your insurance benefits at no cost.

Complimentary Consultation Policy

If you are uncertain about your insurance coverage, or if you do not have insurance, we offer a complimentary consultation at no charge.

During this consultation, you can speak with a doctor or a member of our clinical team so we can better understand your needs. You can also speak with a financial coordinator, who can help explain your expected costs and insurance coverage. Our goal is to provide as much transparency as possible so you can make an informed decision about your care.

No Insurance

We strive to provide high-quality chiropractic care at an affordable cost.

For patients without insurance coverage, we offer a complimentary in-office consultation so you can come in, speak with the doctor, and better understand what care you may need and what the expected pricing will be.

We provide a discounted fee of $197 for patients without insurance for the first visit, which includes the exam and treatment.

For routine visits, chiropractic adjustment fees typically range from $65 to $85 depending on your treatment plan.

Personal Injury Protection Claims

For patients who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, we accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims. We work with the patient’s insurance provider and coordinate as needed to help make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.

Transparency and Confidentiality

We strive to provide full transparency when it comes to fees and payment options. We also maintain strict confidentiality policies so that your information is handled with care and professionalism.
